Fedelie Bianco Ancestrale Frizzante IGP

From pure Moscato grapes harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously in concrete tanks; following the Ancestral Method, the fermentation is completed in the bottle, where the secondary fermentation takes place. At the end of fermentation, the bottles rest on the yeasts for 6 months before being put on the market.

Opaque straw yellow color with fine and lively bubbles. Nose of fresh fruit, orange blossom and sage; savory and mineral sip, fine and long.

Aperitif, fried seafood and land.
