Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero 2020

Grapes harvested by hand at full phenolic ripeness, destemming and soft pressing, fermentation and maturation in steel; wine bottled with the Solo Uva method (addition of must for refermentation, rather than exogenous sugars) rests on the yeasts for 30 months; after disgorgement without any dosage, the wine ages for another 6 months in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage; yellow peach nose, with notes of orange peel and mineral hints; fresh and elegant sip, with great minerality and good flavor.
