Description

Manual harvest from mid to late October, with selection in the vineyard; classic white vinification in steel and maturation in stainless steel tanks; bottle refinement.

Tasting

Intense golden yellow color; fruity and complex nose with notes of rose petals, cinnamon, lime flowers and spices; full-bodied sip with a light acidity and a great structure, which ends in a very long aromatic finish.

Aperitif, shellfish, tasty and spicy vegetarian dishes, oriental cuisine.
