Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; soft pressing, fermentation with maceration on the skins for 10/12 days; maturation for 5 months in steel, for 18 months in 500lt French oak barrels; bottle aging for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; intense nose of dried fruit and plum, with spicy and vanilla notes; full-bodied sip, good freshness, balanced and elegant.

Pairings

First courses with meat sauce, roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses.
