Description

Manual harvest in boxes with night selection in the vineyard, followed by further sorting on a manual selection table. white vinification, 75% in steel and 25% in barrique, with temperature control. Maturation for 6 months on the fine lees in steel tanks.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with light golden reflections. Elegant nose, of citrus fruits and white flowers, rounded off by honeyed notes but vibrant with characteristic medicinal references. Soft sip, immediately supported by a juicy acidity and a marked minerality, which create an excellent vertical balance.

Pairings

Risottos, gnocchi, fried foods, grilled fatty fish, creamy cheeses.
