40% Chardonnay, 30% Friulano, 30% Malvasia Istriana
Spontaneous fermentation on the skins in oak conical vats for 60 to 90 days. After maceration, it is aged in 20 or 30 hl barrels for 3 years and refined in bottles for 1 year. Unfiltered.
Each of the three varieties makes its own contribution to the overall harmony; the aromatic bouquet of the Friulano stands out on the nose, which the Malvasia accompanies on the sip, leading to the softness and savouriness of the Chardonnay.
