Description

Manual harvest in bins with selection in the vineyard; natural white vinification with light maceration on the skins, 50% pressing of the yield and spontaneous fermentation; maturation in steel and refinement in bottle for 4 months.

Tasting

Intense salmon pink color; nose of rose, raspberry, wild strawberry and citrus peel, with hints of freshly mown grass; fresh and savory on the palate, elegant, with a balanced structure.

Aperitif, fish soups, shellfish, cured meats and cheeses.
