Description

Soft crushing-destemming, maceration for about ten days, spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C; racking and further light pressing. Maturation in stainless steel for at least 24 months and refinement in bottle for at least 6 months.

Intense ruby red colour; nose of black cherry and aromatic herbs; decisive sip with marked tannic texture and acidity.
