Nebbiolo Albugnano Superiore Notturno DOC 2021

Vinified in purity, the Nebbiolo grapes are carefully selected and obtained from the best hillsides, exposed to the south and characterized by soils rich in calcium and well drained. The bunches are harvested strictly by hand in October, when fully ripe. After destemming, fermentation follows at a controlled temperature and at the end maceration in contact with the skins for approximately 10-15 days, with frequent pumping over. Maturation takes place in second and third passage French oak barriques for a minimum of 12 months. A period of bottle refinement follows.
