Description

The grapes are harvested by hand in September, in small boxes of maximum 10kg; the vinification is carried out spontaneously in cement tanks, after which the wine ages for 12 months in cement tanks and for 6/8 months in large barrels; ages for 3 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; on the nose notes of morello cherry, tobacco, black pepper, undergrowth; balanced sip, of fruit and spices.
