Description

Manual harvest in boxes at the beginning of September; white vinification preceded by a short cold maceration on the skins for 24 hours (from which the pale pink color is obtained). Fermentation for 10 days, maturation in steel barrels for 6 months, refinement in bottle for one month.

Pale rosé colour, complex and fruity nose, full and harmonious sip.
