Description

Primitivo grapes hand-picked from old vineyards in the heart of the DOP. The vinification is carried out with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French barrels and American barriques for at least 10 months.

Tasting

Intense and deep red color; on the nose, berries, jam and caramel notes. Round and soft sip, often structured, very pleasant.

Pairings

It pairs perfectly with red meat, game and mature cheeses accompanied by jams.
