Description

Manual harvest and partial drying of the grapes; pre-fermentation maceration followed by fermentation for about 25 days at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C; the wine matures in French barriques for about 6 months.

Tasting

Decisive ruby red colour, nose of ripe red fruits with hints of cocoa and vanilla; enveloping, full-bodied mouthfeel, with returns of fruit and sweet spices.
