Description

The Domaine also has a vineyard in the En Remilly cru, located close to the renowned terroir of the Grand Cru Le Montrachet. In this area with steep slopes and rocky terrain, a Chardonnay of great complexity and finesse is produced. The wine is characterized by evident mineral notes and citrus scents, with an extraordinary persistence and notable aging potential.

Tasting

This wine has a straw yellow color embellished with intense golden reflections. Its olfactory bouquet is refined and complex, with notes of citrus fruits, in particular grapefruit, and fruity aromas of white peach. In the mouth, the wine is enveloping, with a medium intensity structure, and its finish is characterized by an evident mineral presence that prevails.

Elegant and refined, it is perfect to accompany a fish-based dinner.
