Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; red vinification with 10 days of maceration on the skins in steel; maturation on fine lees for 3 months, rest for 6 months in steel barrels.

Intense ruby red colour; fresh and immediate nose, vinous, straight sip, good acidity, with light and appetizing tannins.
