Description

After a cold maceration process lasting about six hours, the gently pressed grapes ferment in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in steel vats for about five months and is then bottled.

Tasting

Brilliant yellow colour; powerful and delicate nose at the same time, with notes of peach and elderflower. Deep and clean on the palate, perfect to drink young, but capable of evolving well over time, developing notes of wild white berries and citrus fruits.
