“Teroldigo” Teroldego Rotaliano DOC 2022

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September/beginning of October; the alcoholic fermentation is generated by indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins does not exceed 5 days, during which pumping over is carried out; on the fifth/sixth day, the wine, still with some residual sugar, is separated from the marc and left to complete alcoholic fermentation; after 20/25 days, malolactic fermentation starts naturally; the wine matures in cement vats for 5/7 months, and is refined in the bottle for 4 months.

Intense ruby red colour; intensely fruity nose of red berries; very pleasant and drinkable on the palate.

Earthy starters, cold meats and cheeses, savoury pies, first courses with meat or game sauces.
