Description

Traditional white vinification, in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 7/8 months, and refinement in the bottle for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow wine, with an intense fruit aroma and a green apple fragrance. On the palate it is of medium structure, fresh and drinkable, with a nice balance and a long citrus persistence.
