Description

Traditional white vinification in stainless steel at controlled temperature for 7/8 months, and bottle ageing for about 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow in colour, with an intense fruit bouquet and the fragrance of green apple. The palate is medium structured, fresh and drinkable, with a nice balance and a long citrus persistence.

Aperitifs, fish starters, vegetarian first courses, fish and white meat, fresh cheeses.
