Description

Cold pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 22°C for 10/12 days in steel; maturation in large wooden barrels for 12/15 months and subsequent refinement in bottle for 18 months.

Tasting

Garnet red colour; intense nose of red pulp fruits; dry sip with good structure, with notes of toasting due to aging and a light citrus scent.

Ground first courses, cured meats and cheeses, roast or grilled meats.
