BottlesManual harvest and soft pressing; spontaneous red fermentation in contact with the skins for 15/18 days; the wine matures for approximately 18 months in barriques and tonneaux, and refines in the bottle for 12 months.
Aroma of ripe fruit, strawberry and blackberry jam, with spicy notes of green pepper, well blended with the hint of coffee.
