Description

Manual harvest of grapes in boxes. Soft pressing of destemmed grapes cooled in the cell for 12 hours, fermentation and refinement in steel, rest in the bottle for a minimum of 4 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, intense and persistent nose, fruity hints of citrus, savory; intense, persistent and fresh taste; long finish and typical slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes.
