Gocce d’Autunno Passito IGP 2018

The Nero d’Avola grapes are harvested and selected by hand, after which they are left to dry in the sun on racks for 10/15 days. Once drying is completed, the whole bunches are macerated and fermented spontaneously in wooden vats for about a week; the refinement of the wine takes place in old barriques for about three years and finally in the bottle for six months.

Intense garnet red colour; nose of great complexity and intensity, with notes of red fruit jams, chocolate and vanilla. The sip is in dynamic balance between sweetness, tannins and acidity; endless persistence.
