Description

The grapes are left to dry on the vine with the shoot cut. After 15 days, they are harvested by hand, destemmed and left to macerate for 4 days without the addition of selected yeasts. Maturation takes place in used barriques for 2 years.

Tasting

So much finesse and delicacy. Rich and intense nose of fruit and flowers, aromatic herbs and sweet spices. Soft palate, with a very balanced sweetness.

Dry pastries, fruit tarts, mature cheeses.
