Description

From vineyards at 140m above sea level, on sandy-clayey soils with the presence of skeleton. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28° for 20 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refinement. Refines for a minimum of 12 months in 5 hl French oak tonneaux and at least 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

On the nose broad notes of red fruits, vanilla and sweet spices. When tasted it is soft and has silky tannins, with a slight acid touch that refreshes the drink.

Pairings

Meat starters and first courses, roasts, grilled or stewed red meats, semi-mature cheeses.
