Description

Manual harvest, vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature, maximum 26°C; the fermentation cycle stops spontaneously at about 15 degrees alcohol and the wine is matured in 10hl barrels for at least 8 months.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour, intense nose of cherry, ripe plum and blackcurrant, with intriguing spicy notes; rich and opulent on the palate, with strong hints of spicy and fruity notes, and a pleasant liquorice aftertaste.

Pairings

Dry pastries, chocolate, mature cheeses, also excellent on its own.
