Description

The grapes harvested in the first ten days of September are dried for 3 months in a naturally ventilated attic; crushing and slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation; the wine ages in used barriques for at least 3 years.

Tasting

Golden colour, with sweet notes of honey on the nose confirmed in the sip with long, complex and harmonious hydrocarbon notes.
