BottlesManual harvest in boxes; rosé vinification with contact on the skins for 18 hours in the press, spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts in steel at a controlled temperature; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and rests in the bottle on the yeasts for 30 months until disgorgement without dosage.
Intense and lively pink colour, fine and persistent perlage; nose of raspberry, berries and rhubarb; explosive, savory, fresh and very long sip.
Seafood appetizers, fish tartare, shellfish, grilled white meats.
