Description

On mixed clayey, sandy soil with a lot of skeleton, from the disintegration of obsidian (volcanic rock), grows this Vermentino di Sardegna. After manual harvesting, it undergoes soft pressing, static decantation, tapping and fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts at 18-20°C. It matures for two years in steel and 5% in oak tonneaux. After four months of resting in the bottle, it is put on the market.

It has an intense yellow colour with green veins; on the nose it has the nuances of typical spices, the fragrance of the fruit and complex balsamicity with evolution; on the palate it gives
