Sweet Claire Bronner Passito IGT 2019

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; the grapes are dried in the air during the winter, pressed and vinified in steel in February; the wine continues its maturation in stainless steel tanks and refines in the bottle.

Golden yellow colour, fruity and complex nose reminiscent of dried fruit, honey, lemon, quince; full, persistent sip and with a pleasant acidic harmonic note.

Mature or blue cheeses, sweet pastries.
