Description

Cooling of the must and decantation in insulated tanks. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14°C) for approximately 20 days; matures in steel tanks for 6/10 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; nose of broom, grapefruit and lemon, green apple, freshly cut grass, iodine and wet stone; intense and mineral sip.

Pairings

Aperitif, cold seafood appetizers, delicate grilled fish.
