Description

Manual harvest in boxes; pressing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation at temperatures below 30°C, with 7-day maceration and manual punching down; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and in barriques of at least 4 passages; refines in bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color tending towards orange; intense nose with notes of red fruits; elegant and velvety sip, very drinkable.

Roasts, lamb, grilled suckling pig, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
