Sweet Claire Bronner Passito Riserva IGT 2016

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, from mid to late September; the grapes are dried in the air during the winter, pressed and vinified in steel at the end of February; the wine continues its maturation in a special wooden barrel for 18 months, after which it refines in the bottle.

Bright and intense golden yellow colour; intense and complex nose of mountain pine and mint, caramel and honey. The full sip, with a harmonious acidic note, characterizes this wine. The lasting final vein leaves an unforgettable sensation.
