Manual harvesting using traditional bins; The grapes are hung in a barn and after three or four months they are pressed; the must remains in chestnut barrels in the attic for over six years, where it ferments and matures naturally.

Deep and complex sweet wine, soft and enveloping, with fruity and spicy hints and a long finish with notes of honey.

Dry pastries, alone as a meditation wine.
