Selective harvesting of the bunches to dry with drying on racks in the sun and subsequent harvesting in boxes for the base must; cold vinification between 15° and 18°C with the addition of dried grapes to the fresh grape must; maturation in steel for 6 months, refinement in bottle for another 6 months.
Intense and sunny wine that transmits the fruity aromas of Muscat grapes. Pleasant sweet sensations of almonds, dried figs and honey are balanced with pleasant notes of freshness.
Dry pastries, dried fruit-based desserts, blue cheeses.
